ILE Education ("ILE", "we", "us") provides 1-1 tutoring services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We aim to keep this in plain English.
ILE Education operates the website iled.uk. For anything related to your data, contact us at support@iled.uk.
Because our students are usually under 18, we collect student information from and with the agreement of a parent or guardian wherever possible, and we limit what we hold to what tutoring genuinely requires.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Information about a student is shared with the tutor delivering their sessions, and with the student's parent or guardian. We use established service providers (for example, communication and scheduling tools) to operate, and they process data only on our instructions. We do not otherwise share personal information unless required by law.
We keep enquiry and tutoring records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@iled.uk and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and the date above.
